You can make it easier for your patients to refer people to your practice by making sure you deliver on all your promises and when you don't, take immediate responsibility for it.
Great customer service starts with the contact and lasts long after your patient leaves your office. The sights, the sounds, the smells, and colors of your marketing materials, your office, your phone system, etc?make for a wow patient journey through your practice.
This commitment to service excellence takes away any hesitancy most would have at referring people to your practice.

Why aren't you getting more referrals? The biggest reason most people don?t get referrals is that they don't ask!
You need to ask for them lets face it most people are lazy when it comes to referring others to things unless that is the kind of person they are but most are not!
It has been said ask and you shall receive, but make sure you know when to ask and how to ask.?
A good rule of thumb is when you know you have given value and you know your patient has perceived that value?.then you can mention how glad you are that they feel that way and that you are never too busy to help their friends and family with the same kind of service! Then give them some of your fantastic business cards making it easier for them to refer to you.
