What will 2007 look like for you?
Eric G. Schneider, D. Min.

Oh no, not another New Year's resolution!

That's right - it is that time of year. So in an effort to make your dreams come true in 2007 here is a little tip to get you started on the "right" foot.

Here are eight questions to get you started. Now in order to answer these questions so that they will be effective, write them by hand, in script, on an unlined piece of paper!

The reason for this is significant. Handwriting is an ideomotor response. Which means that it is reflecting what is going on in your sub-conscious mind and in turn you are also impacting your sub-conscious mind as well.

Now, the questions themselves will seem pretty straightforward, but allow yourself some time for this exercise. Take a few moments to get quiet, calm and centered and then start writing.

1. What were your greatest accomplishments in 2006?

2. What were your greatest disappointments in 2006?

3. What would you like to accomplish in 2007?

4. What difference would achieving those accomplishments make in
your life?

5. What actions are you ready to commit to in order to get started
on your path?

6. What are you holding onto that you may need to let go of and what kind of support do you need to do that?

7. Where or whom could you ask for that kind of support

8. Who in your life are you ready to share all this information with? Some one who would be both supportive and appreciative of you (it could be your cat, your dog, your best friend or your spouse)?

Now don't just answer these questions in your head. Sit down and write your answers out!!!

Wishing you all the best in 2007!

Many blessings,

Dr. Eric
