From The Editor

From the Editor:

Cheers all and happy week end.

It's Friday once again and this Friday I am actually off having a little fun in Bean-town.  I came to Boston to take my mother out for a good time as an early Christmas present.  So I suppose it's a pretty big Christmas present to myself as well.  So I do hope you enjoy this weeks news and drop me a line if there's anything you think I'm missing.

Happy weekend!

"If you would take, you must first give, this is the beginning of intelligence."
~ Lao Tzu

Greetings Dear Ones,

Do what you love and the money will follow...

This quote has gotten more people in trouble that any one idea. It is the equivalent of "The streets in America are paved with gold."

Seth Godin TribesAs Seth Godin, author of "Tribes" and various other books on marketing writes on his blog: "Maybe you can't make money doing what you love..."

Read his blog posting here...

His point being that when you try to monetize the work that you love you will probably corrupt it and many have.

In today's world we have a glut of information on how to do...well, just about anything...but what people really need, and what you have to offer, is a special kind of relationship with someone (in this case you) to be a source of leadership and guidance in their lives.

Don't neglect the importance of your relational abilities and the impact you can have on your clients and community!

Many blessings to your success,

Dr. Eric
